We're the Afton Grove Homeowners Association, a group made up entirely of
single-family residential property owners like you. Since 2002, we’ve been
fighting to protect our community from poor upkeep, inappropriate development,
crime and environmental threats.
You and the Afton Grove Homeowners Association can do what an individual
homeowner can't always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength
of the Afton Grove Homeowners Association to work for you. Together, we provide
a unified and respected front at anywhere that’s treats our community. We know
which meetings to attend, when to write letters (and more importantly, where to
send them), and what to say to whom. We're far stronger than any homeowner
acting individually.
In addition, we publish an informative newsletter, helping spread the word on
